The XY DTF Cutter represents a new standard in automated cutting solutions, designed to streamline the processing of DTF materials and other roll-based media. With a cutting width of up to 850 mm, it delivers precise and consistent results while significantly reducing manual intervention.
Equipped with an integrated compressor, the system powers pneumatic pinch rolls and vertical cutting units, allowing operators to easily adjust pressure based on different material types. This ensures optimal cutting performance across a wide range of applications.
The cutter also features manual roll alignment control, enabling fine adjustments during operation for maximum accuracy and reduced material waste.
An intuitive touchscreen interface provides access to two cutting modes:
